Join or renew your membership

New membership and renewals

Memberships run on an annual basis from 1st January to 31st December. 

Family membership includes children under 21.

Download the application form or click Here to apply online  for or renew your membership. You can pay by cheque or online transfer - see form for details. Please print and send the completed application form with your cheque, or online payment reference number and date, to:

House 5, 41 Sassoon Rd, Pokfulam, 
Hong Kong
Be sure to write 'Ltd' on any cheque made out to the Society. Cheques without 'Ltd'  will be refused by the bank.

If you pay online, you MUST send us a payment reference number and date, otherwise it is impossible to match payments with people.


​New member rates will be payable by any applicant who wishes to rejoin the society if his/her/their membership has lapsed by more than one year.
